My classes are not reserved for a select group! You are welcome, whether you are a beginner or advanced in this practice! You will love it if you enjoy challenges, sweating, and not taking yourself too seriously. You will love it if you enjoy discovering new forms of movement that can sometimes be unconventional. You will love it if you enjoy exploration. You will hate it if you prefer staying in what are called traditional postures, don't like physical activity, or believe that yoga should be a practice taken with the utmost seriousness.
